You're looking at a vintage Western Electric 7A power amplifier. Uses 3x 216A (NONE included). I just purchased this from an elderly gentleman who had this in storage for a near century. Some minor warps from water on the wooden case but overall still looks great. Completely untested as I do not have the tubes, the ones you see in pictures are just other 4-pins. Please refer to pictures.
