Up for bid is a very clean and nice condition Marantz 8B tube power amp with original parts. Serial number 8-4486. It is in great shape and no major scratch or dent on the body and all the markings are visible clearly. It comes with the original cage. This unit has been in storage for the last 8 years.I brought it up carefully with my Variac last week and hooked it up with a Marantz 7C. I have been playing it everyday for 5 - 6 hours and it is amazing to hear the sweet classic Marantz tube sound. It comes with 4 Telefunken EL34, 2 6BH6 and 2 RCA 6CG7. The bias test switch works on all four positions. As usual I will ship the amp out bouble boxed with tons of packing material to ensure safe arrival.
