I received it from Apple as a replacement of my old broken iPod, since it was a replacement apple only sent me an ipod there is no paperwork, documents, headphones included - just the ipod alone in a box as seen in the picture. (the box isn't the regular ipod box)
The iPod has never been removed from its wrapping, never connected or even charged.
There is a 90 Day warranty from apple on this ipod!
I am going to include a usb cable that is needed to charge/sync the ipod
