Solid State 35 amp power supply and Linear Amplifier. Like New. Was manufactured and sold under many names including Palomar. This amp uses (4) 1446 transistors. No warm up, no tuning just turn on and talk. Very clean waveform/audio. The unit has multiple switches including a lighted on/off switch, a re-set. 2 posts for 12vdc power (positive and negative). The Linear Amplifier controls are on/off and Low/Medium/High. Using 4 watts to drive the amp comfortably does 125 watts low, 250 watts medium and 500 watts on the high side. It's probably capable of more but I wouldn't over drive it. The unit also has a built in pre-amp to assist you in amplifying receive signals. In the rear is (2) standard SO-239 coax connectors. The unit is very nice cosmetically it almost looks like 1 large black heat sink. Sorry about the picture, the flash reflects off of the black. Any questions feel free to ask. Look at a decades worth of positive feedback. This amplifier is being sold to use on 10 meters for licensed Ham's. It's illegal to use on CB.
