Selling my 3rd generation iPod touch (8GB) that came with the purchase of a new computer this past July. Has iOS 4.1 on it. It's in excellent shape. There is a screen protector that was installed when new so the screen itself has no scratches. There are a few TINY imperfections on the screen protector, but these are limited to the screen protector. The back silver metal has small tiny scratches as the rest of all used ipods have. None are deep and they're very minor. Everything works great. Comes with a USB cable and headphones (both are not OEM but work the same).This will be shipped using insured USPS priority mail within 48 hours of receiving payment.
