FISHER SA-1000 TUBE STEREOPOWER AMPLIFIER SA1000 I am selling this, and other audio electronic items, for a friend who acquired them as part of an estate. It has been sitting in storage for a couple of years since being shipped from Europe where it was used on 220v 50Hz current (note the plug on the power cord). I was unable to test this as I don't have an up-converter powerful enough to handle the wattage of this amp. Also, these tube electronics need to be brought up to power slowly after a period of non-use, so I will leave that process to the new owner. This looks very impressive and well built, and it weighs a ton. This will need to be set up for use on 110v current if that is what you have here in North America. The tubes appear to be correct for the amp, but I have no idea of their condition as I am not an electronics technician and have no means of testing tubes. This is being sold as-is due to to its age and the fact that all electronic audio equipment requires periodic maintenance and repairs. This will be a very worthwhile project.
