Return Information:
All returns require a “Return Goods Authorization” given out by an authorized ATOMICSAVINGS representative (please Email for a RA number); RA’s received without an authorization will not be accepted. Due to our unusual prices on E-Bay there are no refunds. We do offer a 3-day (DOA) store credit. Returns will not be accepted after 3 days after receiving merchandise regardless of reason. Merchandise returned without our authorization will be refused and the carrier will charge you for freight in both directions.
All non-defective returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee and will only be accepted in resalable condition with all original packaging. Freight charges will not be refunded. To avoid a double restocking charge, please return your merchandise in the original box and packing materials, including all the accessories and the owner's manual. Do not destroy or discard original packing for 30 days. The value of missing accessories or damage will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. Special orders or close outs are not eligible for return.
