PAYMENTS:If you are a winning bidder of one of our auctions, please contact us within 3 days after auction’s ending to make a payment arrangement. If we do not hear from you within 3 days, we reserve the right to offer the item to the second highest bidder or to re-list it on eBay. Payment should be received within 7 days after end of the auction. If you are unable to make payment within that time frame, please contact us to make a payment arrangement. Otherwise we will open an unpaid item dispute.
SHIPPING AND TRACKING:Most items are shipped within 24 hours after payment is received. Some orders take a little longer to process. If we by any reason, we cannot ship your order within 2 business days, we will contact you. All orders paid by PayPal are processed through PayPal shipping, and you will receive an email with tracking information directly from PayPal as soon as the item is shipped. If you pay by any other method, we will manually send you the tracking information.
WARRANTY SERVICE AND RETURNS:Unless otherwise stated in the description, our products come with a 7 day DOA warranty (Dead On Arrival Warranty) and gross misrepresentation (ie specifications do not match description within our reason). If you receive a non-working item, you need to contact us within 7 days after receipt, and we will repair or replace it for you. Outside these parameters we do not offer refunds. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. The following items are excluded from this warranty: any used batteries; software issues; any compatibility issues, including but not limited to inability to connect to a specific wired or wireless network.
ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS:We ship all our orders using USPS Priority and Express mail. Both these services are very reliable services; however, they do not guarantee specific delivery time for any international shipments. We have no control over it and cannot be responsible for the international transit times. If applicable, the buyer is responsible for any import taxes, duties or clearance fees.
