It has been kept in a silicon case, but does have minor scratches on the back. It is also engraved with my name, but this can be easily covered with a case/sticker. It comes with two used silicone cases -- one is black, the other is white. It also will come with 1 unused Surface Shield anti-glare screen protector that you can apply to the screen. I also still have the original packaging and Apple cleaning cloth.iPod Shuffle 4 GB - 3rd generationThis is in great condition as well. It's only been used a few times. It's silver. It comes with the original packaging and USB charger.iPod Classic 20 GB - 4th generationThis iPod is damaged. When plugged in, it displays a battery error symbol. I have not tried to fix it, so I do not know if it is repairable or not. It's great as a collector's item or can be used for future iPod purchases.
