This is Apple's iPod Touch 3G with 5+ months of warranty left. Item is an Open Box Return in Excellent condition. It is fully functional and has been restored and updated to the latest firmware.
The SCREEN is in PERFECT condition: there is no scratches or marks whatsoever.
The back of the iPod has normal wear and tear but the overall quality is still great. We have included a silicon case for you (part of a great pack) so these scratches should not be a problem (See details here)

All or our iPods are tested to make sure that they are not liquid damaged, unless otherwise noted. IF THE RETURNED ITEM IS FOUND TO BE DAMAGED BY LIQUID, WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUNDand will send it back to you since liquid damage will void the warranty.
To test if the iPod is damaged by liquid, please look through the headphone jack. If you see a PINK dot (or line), the iPod is liquid damaged.
For return items that do not originate from our mistakes, we will not cover the shipping cost back to us.
Here are some additional restrictions to our return policy:
- Brand New items with price over $150 will be charged a restocking fee of 15% if opened.
