Condition
Item is an Open Box Return in Good condition. It is fully functional and has been restored and updated to the latest firmware.
The iPod however is previously submerged in water. Even though it functions normally, Apple's warranty will not cover it. We will offer you 60 days of warranty on this iPod. You can purchase additional coverage at www.squaretrade.com, which will give you super service at a great price.
The screen is in great condition with very tiny to no scratches on the screen. If there are any marks/scratches, they should not be visible when the iPod is on.
The back of thes iPods might have some scratches/scuffs due to normal wear and tear. The back might also have a small ding/dent, which does not affect the iPod's functionality. We include a silicon case for you so these scratches & dents should not be a problem (See details here)

All or our iPods are tested to make sure that they are not liquid damaged, unless otherwise noted. IF THE RETURNED ITEM IS FOUND TO BE DAMAGED BY LIQUID, WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUNDand will send it back to you since liquid damage will void the warranty.
To test if the iPod is damaged by liquid, please look through the headphone jack. If you see a PINK dot (or line), the iPod is liquid damaged.
For return items that do not originate from our mistakes, we will not cover the shipping cost back to us.
Here are some additional restrictions to our return policy:
- Brand New items with price over $150 will be charged a restocking fee of 15% if opened.
