Condition
This is Apple's iPod Touch with 6+ months of Apple's warranty left. Item is an Open Box Return in Good condition. It is fully functional and has been restored and updated to the latest firmware.
The Screen is in great condition: there is a slight chance that the screen has very minor marks but this is rare.
The back has some heavy scratches/scuffs. However, we have included a silicon case for you so these scratches should not be a problem (See details here)
Please note that we will ship the item in a white, non-retail box

RETURN POLICY
We stand proudly behind the products we sell. For that reason, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date that you receive the item. If the item is defective, DOA, or does not match the description, depends on the case, we will either grant a full refund (including shipping charges that you paid) or exchange for another item. We will assume all the costs of the exchange.
All or our iPods are tested to make sure that they are not liquid damaged, unless otherwise noted. IF THE RETURNED ITEM IS FOUND TO BE DAMAGED BY LIQUID, WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUNDand will send it back to you since liquid damage will void the warranty.
To test if the iPod is damaged by liquid, please look through the headphone jack. If you see a PINK dot (or line), the iPod is liquid damaged.
For return items that do not originate from our mistakes, we will not cover the shipping cost back to us.
Here are some additional restrictions to our return policy:
- Brand New items with price over $150 will be charged a restocking fee of 15% if opened. This is to cover the cost that we have to incur when selling as a used item.- We do not accept return of used games, movies, and software CD/DVD - Brand New games, movies, and software CD/DVD must be returned unopened.
