Item is an OPEN BOX return in good condition. The iPod is fully functional and has been restored to its factory settings.
The SCREEN is in GREAT condition with little to no marks or scratches.
The back of the iPod has visible scratches/scuffs due to normal wear and tear. We have included a silicon case (part of a bonus pack) for you so these scratches should not be a problem
Please note that we will ship the item in a white, non-retail box

RETURN POLICY

All or our iPods are tested to make sure that they are not liquid damaged, unless otherwise noted. IF THE RETURNED ITEM IS FOUND TO BE DAMAGED BY LIQUID, WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUNDand will send it back to you since liquid damage will void the warranty.
To test if the iPod is damaged by liquid, please look through the headphone jack. If you see a PINK dot (or line), the iPod is liquid damaged.
For return items that do not originate from our mistakes, we will not cover the shipping cost back to us.
Here are some additional restrictions to our return policy:
- Brand New items with price over $150 will be charged a restocking fee of 15% if opened. This is to cover the cost that we have to incur when selling as a used item.- We do not accept return of used games, movies, and software CD/DVD - Brand New games, movies, and software CD/DVD must be returned unopened.
