This ipod was supplied today along with new Apple ear buds from my local Apple store to replace my previous one, it ships without warranty as my original waranty expires 11/25. The Ipod is in Brand New condition and comes as shown for you to register with Itunes. It will ship with the Apple plastic cover on the front of the screen (as in pictures) and will ship in the original box shown with the small white plastic docking adapter
