Product Condition
This ipod was originally purchased from a major retail store and returned. It has been fully tested, cleaned and is in perfect operating condition. It will be shipped in the original retail box. It is guaranteed to be in excellent condition only showing light if any signs of use.
Warranty
The remainder of the Apple 1 year warranty is included with this iPod. Most still have 6-8 months remaining but this is not guaranteed. You also have the option to purchase an extended warranty directly from Squaretrade for pennies a day. Please see their link located on our auction for more details.
Payment
Paypal is the only form of payment we accept. If after 3 days the item has not been paid for an unpaid claim is automatically opened, if we have have not received communication within 9 days, the transaction will be canceled and the item will be re-listed.

Shipping
All items within the US are shipped free via USPS First Class Mail (3-5 Days Transit Time).
Buyer has option to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Days Transit Time) for an additional $4.95.

-All import duties and taxes are not included in shipping cost and are the buyer's responsiblity.
-Check with your customs department to determine what these additional charges may be.
We ship our items Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, that are paid for by 12:00pm EST. Weekend and Holiday payments will be shipped out the next business day.
eBay and PayPal policy require us to send the item to the address on file and require a PayPal payment for purchase. We do not offer local pickup. Items above $250 do require a signature for delivery.
