Item is charged up fully. We then add as many songs as possible (for 16GB that is about 1500 songs). We then perform a battery test by running this item from fully charged to fully dead while playing music (Results of this test are in the "Item Condition" category). We perform secondary tests making sure that the click wheel, hold switch, and all the extras work (games, stopwatch, alarms, etc.) which are standard on the iPod™ itself.
You will receive a fully charged unit!
