This item was originally purchased from a major retail store and returned. It has been fully tested, cleaned and is in perfect operating condition. The item in this auction is presently in Grade A condition and could include light scuffs and/or scratches.

+Warranty and Returns
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for different items due to buyers remorse.
This item comes with a 60-day warranty from our company. If you encounter a problem, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you. If we are unable to assist you through email, we will issue an RMA form and have you send the item back for a replacement. If a replacement is needed, you will receive the same model as the item you won. Our warranty expires 60 days from the date of delivery.
We encourage our buyers to purchase the SquareTrade warranty for coverage of 1 year from the purchase date. This warranty begins coverage after our 60 day warranty expires. Our Warranty does not cover misuse, water damage, or excessive damage.
Turn around time once the non-working item is received, is 1-3 business days, depending on the extent of testing required.

PayPal payments received by 12:00pm PST on business days will be shipped the same day. Payments received on weekends, holidays or after 12:00pm PST will ship the following business day.
To bid in our auctions, or purchase an item buy it now, we do require you to have a paypal account.
For Fedex Overnight, We do not ship to PR, AK, APO/FPO, HI, and GU. We are only able to ship to the lower 48 states. Please do not bid if you live in any of these locations as your payment will be refunded and the auction will be canceled.
We do not offer local pick-up.
Items above $250 do require a signature at delivery
All packages that are returned to us by USPS or Fedex as undeliverable are subject to an additional shipping charge to reship the item.
It is the Buyers responsibility to make sure the address they send with their payment is their current and correct address. We are not responsible for packages shipping to the incorrect address. The shipping feature we use automatically pulls the shipping address information into the system, so please double check that all of your information is correct before sending your payment.
Overnight shipping Terms and conditions:
iPods eligible for overnight shipping must be paid for by 12 noon pacific standard time Monday through Friday. This does not include Saturday or Sunday delivery.
If the item is paid for on Friday past 12 noon, it will ship out the following Monday and be delivered Tuesday.
This does not include National Holidays, or inclement weather conditions.
Service failures from Fedex will result in a shipping refund for the $5.00 charged.
Unfortunately with these special rates, we are not able to combine shipping rates.
