It is in 100% mint condition because I never even took the factory plastic off of it and immediately put it in a case. The earbuds and USB cable have not been unwrapped either because I used some earbuds and a cable I already owned. You will get two cases for winning.In addition to the Apple 1-Year warranty, this also comes with an extended warranty through Best Buy. I purchased this on 1/4/2011 with it a 2-Year Black Tie Protection Extended Service Plan with Accidental Damage Coverage, valued at $69.99. It expires on 1/4/2013.
