We describe electronic devices to the best of our ability. We diagnose units as well and thoroughly as possible and our diagnoses are typically correct. We do not show esns in the listings because they are guaranteed to be clear. Accessories included with items may or may not be OEM.
Please contact us about any issues before leaving feedback as we are very responsive and quick to fix any problems. All USED items have a 7 day conditional warranty. Buyer has 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange due to a non-functioning device. We do not pay return shipping of the warrantied device. We do pay shipping of the replacement device. Electronics cannot be returned due to carrier incompatibility or physical condition. Some phones require that you have a data plan, we do not allow returns due to incompatibility with your plan, please check with your carrier before bidding. Exchanges are for the same model only.
Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 5%. Items returned due to buyer’s remorse that have a selling price over $300 will be subject to a restocking fee. If you would like to return an item due to buyer’s remorse we must be contacted within 2 business days of receipt of the item. If we are not contacted within 2 business days of receipt the item will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Original shipping paid will not be refunded on items returned due to buyer’s remorse. We are not responsible for return shipping or for items lost or damaged in the return process.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON BROKEN ITEMS. Broken items are sold as is for parts or repair. No guarantees are made on anything broken. All broken item purchases are made at the bidders risk completely.
