This 8 GB iPod touch was released in September 2009 and comes installed with iPhone OS 3.1 Software. Frequently, buyers are looking for the 3rd generation 8gb model, that per Apple, does not exist. It physically looks identical to the 8 GB iPod touch released in September 2008; however, the 2008 model does not include iPhone OS 3.1 software and requires users to download it from Apple.com for a fee. (To determine which model this is, when received, look at the part number under settings>about, on this unit, it is MC086LL. When placing this into Google, it can be recognized as the 3rd generation unit, we do apologize for any confusion this may cause. This item was originally purchased from a major retail store and returned. It has been fully tested, cleaned and is in perfect operating condition. This is the exact unit you will receive as shown in the picture above. This pre-owned unit includes: The front of this unit includes a few small, light scratches on the screen. The back does include fine to light scratches throughout and a small, light impression crease dent above the apple logo.

We encourage our buyers to purchase the SquareTrade warranty for coverage of 1 year from the purchase date. This warranty begins coverage after our 60 day warranty expires. Our Warranty does not cover misuse, water damage, or excessive damage.
Turn around time once the non-working item is received, is 1-3 business days, depending on the extent of testing required.
